How Dexterous Hands Mimic Human Motion

Our goal at DH-Robotics is to push the limits of what a human robot hand can accomplish.  Our humanoid robot hand solutions, in contrast to conventional grippers, mimic the subtle movements of human fingers and offer flexibility, accuracy, and control for a variety of jobs.  Our dexterous hands can handle delicate objects, carry out intricate manipulations, and work securely alongside humans due to the integration of multi-degree-of-freedom joints, high-performance actuators, and tactile sensors.  Our robotic hands are perfect for cooperative applications because they can execute complex motions that closely resemble natural human movement, thanks to their 11 total degrees of freedom and 6 active degrees of freedom.

Advanced Sensing and Control Technology

A defining feature of DH-Robotics’ human robot hand is the integration of advanced tactile sensing. Optional high-sensitivity sensor arrays across the fingertips and palm enable multi-modal perception, allowing our humanoid robot hand to recognize objects, adjust grip in real time, and perform tasks with interference-resistant stability. With a response time of less than 0.62 ms and a service life exceeding five million cycles for tactile components, operators can rely on consistent performance even in high-frequency operations.

We’ve also implemented an internal grip direction system and collision buffer features to enhance safety, making our human robot hand suitable for collaborative workflows. Communication is seamless via Modbus-RTU or RS485 custom protocols, allowing easy integration into existing automation systems. The design prioritizes efficiency and durability, ensuring that our humanoid robot hand performs reliably in complex, dynamic environments.
